At KPO, we’ve developed a refined process that combines British architectural excellence with the exceptional talent and cost-effectiveness of Philippine expertise. All of your interaction with KPO Architecture will be through our client relationship team based in Kent. When you submit your project brief, our UK team will liaise with you directly to confirm details and provide a written quotation for the work.

Once we have agreed the project brief, our UK team work closely with our specialist team in the Philippines to plan and deliver your documentation to the agreed timescales.

All work is quality checked by our UK team before being presented back to you.Our process bridges time zones, cultures, and distances to create a seamless experience that feels as convenient as working with a local firm.

Each step of our journey together is designed to maintain clear communication, ensure quality control, and deliver results that exceed expectations. From initial consultation to final delivery, our hybrid UK-Philippine team works in perfect synchronisation to bring your architectural visions to life.

Submit & Review

Client submits the information brief via email, website attachment or electronic transfer. KPO reviews the brief and gives either a firm price, or an hourly rate and timescale for the project.

Confirm & Communicate

Client confirms the quote is acceptable. KPO communicates the brief to our Philippine Architectural team

Delivery & Quality Control

Our Philippine team, managed by our Philippine Team Leader, begins work on the project. Once completes, it will be sent back to our UK team who will undertake the KPO Quality Control Checklist.

03.

Release & Invoice

Once we have confirmed the work meets our quality standards, we will then issue to the client, along with a feedback form.
